Jarrett party of 2.... + 1 on the way!

Sunday, April 10th Michael and I were surprised to learn that there wouldn't be only 2 of us for much longer!  I was pregnant!  After 6 pregnancy tests (of all different brands of course) and a positive blood test at the doctor's office, it was official; we were expecting!  Something we like to describe as a very happy honeymoon! :-)  As amazed as we were, we were also very excited and felt extremely blessed.  Sadly, so many couples go through times of struggle when trying to get pregnant.  Before we were married we decided it wasn't up to us, it was up to God.  When he felt it was right, God would create our child!  And he did!   Christmas will come early for us this year, baby Jarrett is due on December 16th!  Tomorrow will mark 10 weeks!  I'm looking forward to moving into the 2nd trimester in a few weeks!

Bon Voyage

The day after we were married Michael and I set off on an incredible honeymoon!  We flew from Houston to San Juan, Puerto Rico to set sail on an icredible cruise!  Our 7 day cruise included stops in Cuaraco, Aruba, Dominica, St. Thomas and St. John.  We couldn't have asked for better weather and better ports.  Each new place we stopped at we were amazed by the beauty of the caribbean.  Our favorite stop we St. John!  I think we found actually paradise. We decided when we were there that we will definitely be vacationing there again! Once we got back home it was back to work and travel for me!  I was off to Dallas for the Women's Basketball NCAA Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games then to Oregon for the NCATA Nationals with my Cheer team.

Mr. & Mrs. Michael Jarrett

Well it's been some time since I last posted a blog so there is a lot to update! On March 12th, Michael and I became Mr. & Mrs. Jarrett! We couldn't have asked for a better day! We were surrounded by 100 of our closest family and friends at my Aunt and Uncle's ranch in Burton, TX to celebrate our marriage! The day was more than either of us could ask for. It was filled with love and happiness. We wanted a BIG CELEBRATION and that's just what we got in a fun Texas way!

A MUCH needed update!

Happy 2010!

So much to share, so little time! I have been really horrible lately about updating my blog and checking in on other blogs so please forgive my lack of comments. Please know that I love you all and I'm going to be much better about it in the new year :-)

I had a great holiday season this year. I was able to spend 2 1/2 weeks with Michael. We spent the last week he was here in Mammoth with my family and had an amazing time! Since he has been back home I have been trying to keep myself busy because I miss him so much. I am still working at Lululemon Athletica at Irvine Spectrum and loving it! The girls are awesome and I have been working a ton which is great to save a litte money! My biggest news to share is I am moving to the beautiful state of Texas on March 1st.

It's been a long time coming and I am really ready to go and make the big move! I am following my heart and taking a leap of faith and it's never felt better :-) My mom and I are going to load up Tucker and the car and drive out south! Michael wanted to come get me but it's great my mom wants to take me :-) Until I leave I have A LOT to do! I am in the process of trying to earn a Texas state counseling credential...not easy. Luckily with Lululemon I am able to transfer which is great so I will have a job as soon as I get to Austin. I have also found a new LOVE for a workout called Pure Barre. There isn't one in Austin so...I decided I needed one more thing on my plate and I have applied for a Pure Barre franchise! I have been accepted into the 2nd round which is an interview and class with the CEO Carrie! Really exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. Over the holidays I moved back to Fullerton. My brother Kyle bought a house so I decided to move in with him for the short time I have left here.

It's really nice being close to him and family before I leave. So...lots to do in a very short amount of time. I can't wait for it all and definitely need a lot of prayer in the meantime that all goes well in the next month and a half as I prepare to go! As soon as I get there I will be changing my blog title for the two of us because we know that everyone is going to need to keep up on our whereabouts and fun stuff while we are in Texas! If you have any creative ideas for a title please let me know!

~my 5 year check up~

I turned 5 on October 9th! My mom finally took me for my 5 year check up! I was a very good boy while I was there. I got lots of love and attention from the vet and the other girls in the office while I was there. I was very brave and had to get a couple of shots. The biggest news of the visit was I lost 6 POUNDS since June! I used to weigh 74 pounds but now I weigh 68! My mom is starving me and making me workout too much! :-) Needless to say, she felt very bad and I was pretty much spoiled for the rest of the day with cookies and a big heaping scoop of food for dinner. I love my mommy!
love, Tucker
Listening carefully to the vet
I hear something!

I am 5 years old!

Tis the Season!

Thanksgiving this year was incredible! I am so thankful for so many things this year. I am mostly thankful for God's amazing love and grace. He has blessed me in so many ways this year. It is sometimes overwhelming to think about where he has taken my life within the past year. Thanksgiving lasted almost two weeks for me! How great is that? :-) First, I enjoyed my annual bible study Thanksgiving where I did the turkey for the first time! Don't get too excited, I took the easy way out and went to Honeybaked Ham! Next year I will attempt it. :-) The very next day I left for Texas to go visit Michael, my friend Jean Anne, her family and of course my family! We had a great weekend together and I was so sad to come home. On Thanksgiving day, I was at my mom and dad's house with family and friends to celebrate all we have to be thankful for. Thanksgiving week ended with an annual friends Thanksgiving at the Barr's house! It is incredible how the years have changed for boyfriends, then to husbands, dogs and now babies! It was so great to see how our lives have changed yet friendships remained. And of course, the babies were so much fun to be around!

Now it is time to get ready for Christmas! I can hardly believe it is almost here. If anyone has any need for shopping....I highly recommend checking out my website. www.marykay.com/kendalnoble. I sell Mary Kay on the side and there are a lot of great gift ideas this year. Also, I work at Lululemon at Irvine Spectrum. It is such a fun place to be and the workout clothes are AMAZING! Come stop by and visit me, I would love to see you! I hope your holiday season is off to a wonderful start!

Platinum Babies

Hello to all my little mommy friends! I have grown up with my friend Betsy since Pre-School! We played soccer together and went all the way through junior high together. When I went to Troy and she went to Sunny Hills we would occasionally run into each other but lost touch. Thankfully, Facebook came along! She just had a little baby girl Riley a few months ago. While she was pregnant a new show, Platinum Babies on the WE channel captured it all! She and her husband Brad are going to be on Platinum Babies this Friday, November 20th. I am going to be in Texas visiting Michael but already have it set to record! I thought some of you mommies might want to watch too! Enjoy!
